Thank you so much for stopping by my shop! Here is some info regarding my shop; by purchasing from me, you are agreeing to these conditions.

ORDER PROCESSING
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, please allow up to 1 weeks for your order to be processed.

SHIPPING
Shipping is through USPS (PirateShip for international)

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all orders include tracking information which will be sent to the e-mail you povided at checkout.

Shipping within the US takes ~1 week, and outside the US can take 2 weeks - 1 month.

I ship worldwide, but sometimes I cannot ship to certain countries. Please refer to this link to see which countries are experiencing shipping disruptions: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

DUTIES/TAXES
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE for paying for any duties, customs fees, and or taxes that may incur upon the item's arrival to the destination country.

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please note that once I drop items off at the post office, I no longer have control of the item. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

If an item is returned to me due to an address mistake, you must pay for the shipping back to you. Please be sure to double check address info prior to placing your order!

PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel/fix your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing the order so I can fix it. If there is a problem with your order (not receiving an item/receiving wrong item) please contact me so I can resolve the issue.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
I do not offer exchanges. I will consider refunds (minus shipping costs) on original paintings on a case by case basis. In the case of prints and other items, I'll do my best to make things right if there's a problem with the item. Please contact me if you have any questions.
